Did my usual Sunday go visit the kids. If there's not too much going on, the Granddaughters usually coerce me into playing a game of some type. Today's game was Clue, the new, updated version.
Who done it? It was Karen, in the safe room, with a participation trophy.
Got great news about having another grandchild Saturday and that night I noticed my dog wasn’t looking good but I wanted to give him a few days to see if he would get better. He wasn’t in any pain he was just kind of spaced out but he could breath and walk good so I told my wife let’s wait and see because miracles do happen but not this time I had to get the vet to put him down this morning. Had that dog 14 years and he was part of the family. It’s been a tough couple of days man. Am I the only one that sometimes likes dogs better than people ???? dogs give you unconditional Love. We feel blessed to have had him that long.

So sorry, dog lover here too. Yeah they can be better than a lot of humans sometimes!!! Whenever I'm sick, my dogs are right there resting with me until I feel better.
@southern-psu-fan Saddened to hear that news bro. Yep, our family has always included dogs. Just like kids, except dogs actually listen and try to do what you want!
@southern-psu-fan I’m really sorry to hear this Southern. I’ve had dogs my entire life. Every one of them has a different personality but they all are more loyal than humans. Losing any of them is tough. Hang in there. I understand.
This is him guys. This was a tough ass week for ole southern. He lived a great life and man he bought so much love to our family. I guess in human years he would be around 74. Some folks disagree with me but I believe Jehovah God will give us our dogs back when we get to heaven.
@southern-psu-fan Sorry to hear! Some of the roughest periods of my life have been after my dog died. If the world was ruled by dogs it would be a much better place, it really sucks that they live such short lives.
