He’s a bad guy I didn’t know he was doing all the stuff he is accused of. I thought he was doing a good job with the pandemic until crap started coming out he’s just a bad guy if everything is true which I do believe it’s true or Biden wouldn’t be telling him to step down. Roam, I know y’all have a Tesla and I hope you don’t mind me asking this question but could you please tell me how the government collects road taxes if people are driving electric cars because if you’re not buying gas then the government ain’t collecting gas taxes, right? If you don’t want to answer I understand I’m not trying to be nosy I’m just wondering how if we go to all electric cars how these crooks are going to get money from us because they’re not going to let that money go. Thanks

I assume a gas tax could be replicated at the home by taxing the electricity that went to the car charger, but I doubt they would do that. You could tax the charging stations as well... but yes at present we are not really taxed specifically in any way like a "gas tax".
Some states charge you like $100 or $200 a year extra for a EV, here in Oregon I believe our registration fee is $110 more.
