I've never seen so many dandelions in my life. Jeez ! There allover the place and the weed seeds are growing exponentially. Think it's time for some Armine 400 and a few passes with an aerator. Early August I'm going to do a good top dressing and some seed. Seriously needs some tender loving care.
I got pasture land and I has to put in a new pump station septic system last year and I finally got the grass looking better but man what a mess I had last year and I spent 14k to have it. Ain’t nothing worse than spending money on something you can’t even see smh lol. It’s working good I guess the red light ain’t come on lol

Got peas, beets, carrots and fava beans germinating. (looking for a bottle of nice chianti) 1st round of cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, romaine and all kinds of Asian greens planted out too. No cut worms ate anything...yet.

Ours is 5 years old. I just recently inspected our main sewer line from the house to the tank with a camera. We recently had the tank cleaned out. Everything looks good. We have a septic and a leach field. You should be happy that you got 30 years.
30 yrs is about the average, 40 or 50 yrs isn't out of the question.....depends on how full of crap you are!
