this stupid college admissions scam. Do y’all really want this woman in jail when we don’t have room in prison for hard nose criminals? I say hit ‘em hard with a fine and do a lot of community service and let it go.

Minimum security, you can almost go home on the weekends. Fines don't mean a thing to them, money to burn obviously.

Making someone pay a fine, when their crime was paying someone off to get preferential treatment, makes no sense whatsoever. I want people punished when they blatantly break the rules. You don't want people to do it, make the punishment harsh... Asking a rich person to simply pay a fine is more like the cost of doing business, to them it's a drop in the bucket.

Let out the people in prison who are there for marijuana possession and we'll have plenty of room.

I like the idea Southern. Make the community service requirements very large. Have them pick up trash along the interstates, clean up public parks, get rid of graffiti etc. It would be a very useful service to the public. If they refuse, then off to jail.
