From what I understand they were trying to get Trump to give back the documents for months, then had to actually go in and get them because he wouldn't give them back. He even tried saying they are his, so his intent was to keep them against law.

Big difference. Both were wrong for having them to begin with. Biden returned them no questions asked. Trump continued to hide them, alter video evidence and hid them from FBI after he was made aware that a warrant was issued. Basically, played musical chairs with documents. They were found in multiple places allover the east coast. If you want my honest opinion, some of this information is already in the hands of our enemies. JMO. Sometimes seems really off.

doesn’t matter to me because 2 of my kids will benefit from it but I still don’t believe it’s right because whoever took the loans and they should have to pay it back but didn’t the Supreme Court say this couldn’t be done and if so how can this happen? Maybe there’s a loophole 😂plus I don’t believe we’ll pay the debt off anyway it’s just to much money to pay back and it’s probably impossible to pay it back
The Supreme Court blocked a blanket forgiveness of $20,000 worth of loans to everyone. This is different, only certain people qualify and you've had to be making payments for at least 10 years AND have to have been signed up for specific repayment plans. Not going into all of the rules around it, but very different from what the Supreme Court blocked. @roaminglion Maybe my kids don’t get a break then. My oldest son might but he’s the one that doesn’t need the break lol. My oldest son said he’d be satisfied if they didn’t charge interest and that’s my opinion. Give college kids the loans but don’t charge interest. No it’s very PSUJOE. My sister and her husband saw that documentary about Obama that was in limited theaters before he was elected and even back then they said he was a socialist and his vision for America was scary. His vision lives on today and there’s no doubt in my mind that he is very involved and influential in decisions being made today.
