Just a wind guess on my part, but I believe the Secret Service is there to protect the ex-president and probably his close family. I don't believe they're there to protect their property or possessions.

FBI are trained very well. They don't play games. Most of them are ex military. What do you expect? FBI going to walk in the Door, shake their hand and give them a hug?.

Ex-military also made up 20% on those arrested for the capitol rioting.

The electoral college is a piss poor way to elect a President, and it has nothing to do with "balancing" small states and large states. If it was such a great system, we'd use it to elect other positions. But we don't, because deep down I think most people know it's stupid.

The big dollar pockets got behind DeSantis and he still couldn’t beat Trump and on president Biden’s defense he beat everybody that challenged him 4 years ago. No states use it to elect senators. No other federal position uses it. Every single other democracy has gotten rid of it because it's outdated... But yea sure, it's really awesome. 🙄
