Anyone here pick wild mushrooms? A few weeks away and they should start popping up. I pick Rams head, brown stumpers and yellow stumpers,  or so called honey mushrooms. Yellow stumpers are my favorite.  I have a great spot. Last year I could have filled a truck with them.  Have you ever tried breading a rams head mushroom? Oh, are they good eating.  Yellow stumpers with long stems, they are great eating with steak or eggs.
