Any Archery Hunters in here? What kind of bows ? Matthews, Hoyt?
PRIME used to shoot Mathews bot tried a PRIME and haven't looked back
I have a High Country compound bow that I retired some years back and now I strictly use a recurve to hunt deer. In my opinion, the sport got too technical with all the fancy gadgets and what not that is available today.
This will be my 1st year. I'm researching, pricing them now. Another expensive hobby. I agree, it gets fancy with all of the accessories, sights , arrows. Great time of the year though. I must say that I am really good with a bow whenever I had the opportunity to use one.
I got a smokepole for Christmas. I've  never shot one before nor do I know much about them. Looking forward to sighting it in.
