I got Hall with the home arena advantage. Just my opinion but I think last year’s loss at the Cleveland NCAA’s burned a hole in Hall’s craw. With Cael and coaches and some 270 days to think about it, Mark Hall has got this. I’m also looking forward to Joseph vs. Shields. I can’t wait till 6 tonight.

You're absolutely correct Mr Lake, last year's loss has burning in Mark all summer and fall.  Mark Hall wins at home.  Joseph wins over his buddy from Western Pa.  Also, im hearing that Milhof may move up to wrestle RBY at 133.  The rafters will be shaking tonite!!!

Did you hear that Frank M is stepping down at VT to concentrate on training for the olympics??

I did see that about Millhoff. This could be interesting, ASU feels they can  steal 125 and 133 but I think it blows up in their face. I don’t know who they have at 125 for back up but Schnupp is serviceable and RBY would be chomping at the bit to see how he measures up to ranked opponents. I think at worse PSU splits and at best they win both.

I'm conflicted about Frank M. On one hand I want him to be the best he can be but hate seeing leave VaTech, my second favorite wrestling team. Their head coach Tony Roby is from Erie and I know the family. Good for Frank Molinaro though, best of luck.

And it was a DOMINANT 4-0 as well. Ya, PSU is scary good and will get even better when they settle on 125.

Hall totally dominated that match start to finish. He looked really tough on top. Huge win for him. Will probably bump up to #1 ranking at the weight and will get the #1 seed at nationals.

Hall totally dominated. I don't think anyone but Hall can beat Valencia.  Small torso and very long legs. Hall just the opposite. Hall kept him flat.

Cassar is the one to beat. He's a beast and very fast on his feet.

Do you know if Teasdale will be in the Southern scuffle?  I'll need to talk to my father. He usually has the info.

I think this year could be our best year yet.
