I haven’t received mine yet. What’s going on?

I’m assuming tickets for ncaa championships in Pittsburgh? I got mine through Ticketmaster, the recommended purchasing site of the NCAA. I have yet to receive mine but I did recently confirm the purchase with Ticketmaster. They did state if they don’t arrive a few weeks before the event to contact them.
