"Take Penn State's soul" ....... he got the phrase wrong. Penn State needs to "steal their souls and make them quit". To do that, Penn State needs to make them feel futility in all areas of the game. Manny Diaz brought a "soul-stealing" culture to Penn State but it appears to have left with him based on the Peach Bowl.
