This is one of those times where everyone here didn't understand what every NFL scout was looking at with Will Levis. Went to Kentucky and skyrocketed to a 1st round pick, all the while practically never passing for more than 200 yards in a meaningful game. He was just waived.
So if he was already waived the scouts were wrong and everyone here was right? I suppose Waived just means he isn't top 3 for some team. If he had value would he be traded?

@psujoe I never was crazy about Levis I just thought he fit our offense better than Clifford and I still do. I don’t think Pribula is a NFL QB but he fitted what we want in a QB better than DA. I want the dudes on the field that gives us the best chance to win.

I actually remember you stating that you were wrong about Clifford because we went 11-2 and won the Rose Bowl so Franklin chose the right QB
To answer the question regarding why Levis was drafted as high as he was it is my belief these guys fall in love with stop watches and tape measures...I don't think they do enough work analyzing game film and as a result this is why these guys whiff all the time on draft selections...I believe they also overlook character concerns as well which sometimes comes back to bite em...
@roaminglion that sounds just about the way I feel roam. I was really high on Grunk and I believe Pribula would’ve been good in a system that likes to run the QB I believe he’s just as good as the Georgia QB neither one will be good for the NFL but can be very good on the right team. JF couldn’t never figure out what he wanted in a QB and it was painful sometimes watching our QB’s 😂
Just saw where Jimmy named Grunk his starting QB. Just great, now he can ruin another one, lol!
