There’s an article on victory bell with our record against all the teams we play this year, it’s some good stuff.
This is the prediction of the Big 10
Here’s the full poll:
- Ohio State Buckeyes
- Oregon Ducks
- Penn State Nittany Lions
- Michigan Wolverines
- Iowa Hawkeyes
- USC Trojans
- Wisconsin Badgers
- Nebraska Cornhuskers
- Rutgers Scarlet Knights
- Washington Huskies
- Maryland Terrapins
- Minnesota Golden Gophers
- Illinois Fighting Illini
- Northwestern Wildcats
- UCLA Bruins
- Michigan State Spartans
- Indiana Hoosiers
- Purdue Boilermakers
I would put PSU at 3 or 4 and MSU,Iowa and Nebraska all higher than they are on that list with Nebraska as possibly the surprise team of 2024. Sucks that we’ve hardly played the Cornhuskers when they are down, since they’ve been in the B1G they’ve seemed to always play us at the right time for them.

Nebraska hasn't broken a .500 win percentage since 2016 and most likely to continue the trend this season.
IMO I agree with PSUJoe, I think Nebraska has found the right coach and they will break through this year. Looking at their schedule, I wouldn't be surprised to see them at 5-2 or better after the first 7 games. Matt Rhule had them playing light years better at the end of last season then when it started, in his first year there.I would put PSU at 3 or 4 and MSU,Iowa and Nebraska all higher than they are on that list with Nebraska as possibly the surprise team of 2024. Nebraska first 7 games are against mediocre teams at best. Man they have an easy schedule especially the first 7 games.

If their freshman QB is the real deal they’re going to be good.
#1 Ohio St
#2 Penn St
#3 Wisconsin
#4 Oregon
#5 Iowa
Michigan takes it on the chin this year and will for the next few years.
@rip If Drew Allar improves we will this year. This is a year I believe we can the big 10 if Allar improves. Just be better than last year and good things will happen BK and he should this is year 3.
I hope you're right, buddy!. I'm pulling for Allar but can't get Pribula out of my mind, lol.
I think Allar is the real deal and just needs THAT coach to take him to the next level. We shall see what this new OC is all about. But I am with you, there is only SO much the OC can do and then it just comes down to the kid himself. If Allar looks sloppy out of the gate, then Pribula needs to be the next man up. If the say the Oline can't help Allar out, then you need really need to go with Pribula who is a much better scrambler/runner. Got to play the cards you are dealt. Still confused why they didn't stick with Pribula in the Peach Bowl, I think they could have won that game in the second half with this kid.
Penn State has a good team this year, still lots of talent returning, and enough to be a factor. Looking for that WR to emerge, but the backs will be great, line should be good and defense will hold their own. All about management and we will see if JF can stand up to the task.
I have them 5-0 to start before heading to USC and Wisconsin on the road. That is two tuff back to back road games they have. And then Ohio State and Washington right after that? Who put THAT schedule together? They better be firing on all 8 cylinders when they face those 4 teams in a row!
GO STATE!
Yep on all counts MNL. This year is going to be a challenge & we'll see what we're made of. I'm kinda getting sick of Jimmy talking about how he "gets that" and "embraces" the expectations, Just Win Baby!!!!
- Total meetings: 32
- Penn State all-time record: 18-4
- Last meeting: 2023 PSU win 31-0
the article says this is our record against Iowa. I don’t believe it’s correct we’ve lost more than 4 games I thought?
