Grandmother is doing fine, at least well enough that the old jarhead snuck out today to do some hunting while my mother and I tended to Grandma.
BT and NL......he wants to know which ass kicking you'd like to see as there have been numerous over the years. He also would like to have BT spill on the broken back. As far as him letting me hunt out of his favorite tree stand: he wanted me to let you guys know that he loves me, but not enough to let me hunt out of #1.
But seriously, he wanted me to thank all of you guys for the thoughts and well wishes for him and especially his wife. He also said he's looking forward to coming on a the game thread for the OSU game provided we talk more about the team and less about him.That's all for now......
Great news BD! Glad Grandma is getting better. When you told us about your Grandma threatening him, I got a laugh out of it! There is an older couple, Al and Joy in their late 70's early 80's that live down the road from me on the river. My buddy and I go by there and help them out around their property. Joy is English. Al is still pretty active for his age but he likes to nap. We'll be at the house to do something for them and he will be dozing on the couch. Joy comes in and in a shrill voice will yell dammit Alfred if you don't get off that damn couch I'm going to kick you in the arse! Rick and I crack up!
Glad he was able to get out for a bit, he probably needed the break for a bit! Oh, and if he thinks we are not going to give him crap when he signs on, he has another thing coming! Tell Grandma we said hi and haver her in our thoughts!
