Actually Mexico isn't safe in certain areas BECAUSE of all the guns that are there from the United States...HOWEVER Mexico is more safe than the United States...You are more likely to get shot and murdered in the U.S. than Mexico...There is only one place to legally purchase a gun in Mexico...That is the Armory in Mexico City...I feel much safer in Aguascalientes Mexico than I do here...I am not listening to anybody but what Donald Trump himself says he is going to do...When people especially people like Donald Trump say they are going to do something I believe them...There is only one Presidential candidate that I ever heard say he would be a dictator and that is Mr. Trump...I have only ever heard one Presidential candidate ever say that they were going to seek retribution...There is no sense to go on...You got your boy in there and now you will have to live with it...We will see soon enough who was right and who was wrong...All I can say is good luck to all of you as I believe you are all going to need it...Unfortunately everything isn't going to be good...But I will let you tell me "how good it is" in a couple years...See how wrong or right I am...

If you want to talk about coverage or insurance, then say that. But our system isn't as bad as all these lists and rankings want to make it. A simple dive into how those lists are made would show that.
For example, our infant mortality rate is higher than many other countries. Well that sounds bad, doesn't it? However, when you take into account how other countries aquire and tabulate their data, you will see it is comparing apples and oranges.
Some counties dont count still births as a birth. If the child is too small... not counted. If the parent was a druggie... not counted. In Japan, if the baby dies within 24 hours... not counted.
Now consider this... we count it all. What are surprise our mortality rate is higher, huh? And that's just 1 example, it happens in every so called list of world healthcare. Many counrties have widely different reporting standards.
Whenever people bting up these lists, I just shrug my shoulders and say "let me guess, we suck" because when you dive into the list for health... we are pretty much the only country not cherry picking things to make our numbers look better.
Countries around the world know that too, which is why American trained doctors are highly sought after and their credentials are almost universally accepted by other countries. Meanwhile, we dont accept other credentials. Now ask yourself... why that is? If our system was really so piss poor that people were dying here more than anywhere else, you think our training and medical education system would be the envy of the world and accepted everywhere? I think not.
