For starters, I've been told that the training facilities are outdated, decrepit and lackluster with Comparing to other universities. You want 5 star athletes, upgrade the facilities. Some universities have pristine training facilities, absolutely out of this world. Not only that, but I will not name any names at this time. They have a upper admin that needs to be shown the door! Only concern is big promotions and fat bonuses!Â
