1. Receivers need to catch the ball. Specifically Juwan Johnson, McSorley is surely loosing some confidence in him. Polk also has been a repeat offender. More and more I wonder if Shorter can push or take over from these two. Drops kill drives.
2. Enough with rotating LBs. Parsons is obviously better than Farmer. Period. Roll with Parsons and Brown at Will and Sam. If you want to continue to rotate the Mike, then fine. But Farmer is just simply not in Parsons league.
3. Defense looked much better, though against a bad opponent. DLine picked it up, and Oweh looks like he's going to be a beast of a rusher when he matures
4. McSorley is still the man, but Clifford certainly gives us stability for the future at QB.
6. My lord Hamler and Thompkins are fun to watch on returns
7. Kicker seems solid, though haven't seen much. No form or timing issues
8. Offensive line continues to get better, but they had a few mistakes. Holding and a bad sack, though they mostly played well. We certainly look more consistent running the ball than we have in the past 4 years.
9. Boobie Sanders needs more touches.
I agree, but hard to be critical of touches when the game was 63-10. I am sure we would see more of him if needed.
Im thinking CJF wanted to save their legs and avoid cramping. From all reports, it was pretty hot down on the field today. Besides, it doesnt hurt to aloow the other Rb's to get some reps. I agree with you roam, when we get into the conference part of our schedule, im certain Miles will be our workhorse.
Hopefully next Friday they begin to make him the go to feature back that's needed to win the wars. Or maybe as others have said the coaching staff already thinks he's ready to go to war.
