#1 Georgia

#2 Alabama

#3 Penn St

#4 Texas

#5 Ole Miss

i have Ohio St on the outside looking in this week. I only rank the top 5 teams because this is where the big dawgs play. I might have to up it to 12 in the coming weeks so we all can have a fair unbiased poll.

I’m all about the QB position and the true top 5 is the teams I believe have the best QB’s. Y’all know I’ve been as tough as anybody on DA but this kid has opened my eyes watching him these first 3 games because without him I believe we lose to BG because the defense didn’t wake up until the second half and BG had a shot to get the win against A&M they had to play their best game to win and all we had to do is get it together for the second half. Just win baby.

Great picks Southern.  These make perfect sense.

@southern-psu-fan Yep, had my doubts of Allar after last season. Still not all the way convinced, but he's made some pretty good progress thus far.

Hoping he's gotten past his Buckeyetis

Same here, BT.  I had my doubts, but they"re mostly gone.  He looks like a born again 5* QB!  If he keeps it up against the Illini, I'll really believe he's for real.

Georgia doesn't deserve #1 after almost losing to Kentucky.

Funny how South Carolina didn't seem to have that problem on the road at Kentucky

@roaminglion I agree but Kentucky always plays Georgia tough kinda like Indiana plays us. Like Penn St, Georgia usually wins but most years it’s a tough game to win. Sometimes the games are closer than the scores even with us playing Indiana.

They've beaten Kentucky by 10 or more points every year since 2016, and won by 38 last year.

I'm not sure double digit wins every year really qualifies as "playing them tough"

@roaminglion  we’ve dominated Indiana to but they still play us tough and we usually beat Indiana by 2 scores but that doesn’t mean it was a hard fought win. Talent usually takes over late in the games. I said that in my post.
