I have LSU on the outside looking in this week. We only rank the top five teams here at nits of the round table because this is where the big dawgs play!
Clemson beat Florida St LSU didn’t. LSU gets by Auburn 24-21 when we destroyed Auburn at Auburn just in case you’re wondering why.
I like your reasoning, Southern. Makes a lot of sense to me.

All I have to ask is who has Penn State beaten that proves anything? I mean, I love our team but this is a bit ridiculous considering our best win is over a Purdue team that lost to Syracuse.
@roaminglion I believe the Purdue QB was out the game against Syracuse and we can only beat the teams we play. Go look at Maryland and Minnesota schedule and look how they competed against all the teams they played and we destroyed ‘em and took out the starters in the 3rd. 24-21 LSU beat Auburn and we destroyed Auburn at Auburn. I believe the SEC is WAY overrated this year plus our 2 losses is to #2 and #3. Just going on what I see on the field watching games and trying to compare teams. The big 10 is the toughest conference this year. I know we lost but we did have the lead on Ohio St in the 4th we just imploded against Michigan in the 3rd and Ohio St in the 4th but that is 2 top 3 teams in week 12. We keep getting better which is expected when you have a young team. Defense is nasty

1. Purdue's starting QB threw for 400+ yards in the Syracuse game. So no, he wasn't out.
2. "24-21 LSU beat Auburn and we destroyed Auburn at Auburn" - Minnesota clobbered Northwestern who we barely beat, how did that work out for Minnesota?
3. "The Big 10 is the toughest conference this year" - I'm sorry, but you are blind if you believe that. Iowa is going to win the Big Ten West and they lost to Iowa State, the WORST team in the Big 12. Purdue is 2nd place in the West and they lost to a team at the bottom of their division in the ACC. The Big Ten outside of PSU, OSU, and Michigan SUCKS.
4. "Go look at Maryland and Minnesota schedule" - I did, their schedules are awful. Minnesota played 1 ranked team: Penn State. That's it. And Maryland? I guess credit for looking decent in two losses? However, Maryland lost to Wisconsin and Purdue... who again, aren't great.
What are you smoking?
I can pick apart the SEC, ACC, PAC and Big 12 to it’s just to much to type. None of the conferences are good this year. Maryland and Minnesota schedule are just as tough as SCAR or Iowa St and definitely USC
The B1G West sucks and there is no argument that can prove otherwise. I believe that the Big12 just may be the best conference in the country this year.I can pick apart the SEC, ACC, PAC and Big 12 to it’s just to much to type. You are delusional. SCAR played has played Georgia and Tennessee, and will play Clemson this week. How on Earth do you think that compares to Mineesota playing absolutly nobody outside of 1 team ranked lower than all 3 of those teams?

Yeah, I need to ask too. Where are you buying your weed from? I want some. They have not legalized it yet in Pennsylvania, but they are working on it.
@forum-titan you’ll see when the season ends!
Roam, you believe the SEC is good when I don’t. Tennessee doesn’t impress me like they do you because after watching alabama struggle against Texas and Texas A&M and losing to LSU who got beat by Florida St tells me the SEC is down this year. Vanderbilt beat SCAR the week before Tennessee got destroyed by SCAR. SEC teams don’t get punished for losing a game by the polls like the big 10 does they still have Tennessee ranked ahead of Penn St for goodness sakes.

Ok, we shall see. Loss to OSU and Michigan but somehow made the cut to top 5 big dog classification. Ok....that sounds logical .
Maryland has played Penn St, Ohio State and Michigan but regardless there’s no dominant conference but I do believe the big 10 might be the toughest and there’s a good chance michigan or Ohio St could win the NC this year. We lose to Michigan and Ohio St 2 top 5 teams and drop to 15th or 16th and Tennessee gets blown out by Georgia and gets curb stomped by unranked SCAR and they still stay in the top 10 it’s a joke.

No, that's not it. This isn't just a "you believe the SEC is good when I don't" thing. You tried to say Minnesota's schedule is better than SCAR's.
- Georgia > Penn State
- Alabama > Purdue
- Tennessee > Illinois
If you think any of those teams on South Carolina's schedule are better than the equivilent teams on Minnesota's schedule... you are blind. The SEC has 1 ELITE team, and several very good teams. Purdue, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Maryland are not as good as Tennessee, LSU, Ole Miss, and Alabama.
Watch out southern it’s on a rampage and I think we all know why!!
55-10
I was just using Iowa St, USC and SCAR as examples maybe I should’ve said Purdue and Maryland the thing is there is no dominant conference. I don’t think Tennessee is as good today as they were when they beat Alabama because Alabama ain’t all that this year. I’m not so sure Tennessee could beat Illinois or Purdue either not after watching Georgia and SCAR beat ‘em down I’ll give ‘em Georgia but after SCAR kicked that ass that shows they we way overrated and I also believe LSU is overrated. I mean Vanderbilt beat SCAR and Florida the last 2 weeks. It wouldn’t surprise me if Vanderbilt didn’t beat Tennessee this week.
I just heard the Tennessee QB is done for the season. Hate to hear that. Now I really think there’s a good chance Vanderbilt beats ‘em.

Hate to hear it when a kid is done for the year, that sucks
