We don’t have a whole lot of tape because James Franklin won’t never give another QB a chance when we can see another QB offers something different that can help win football games. We all saw what McSorley did in the Georgia game he lit their defense up when he came in after Hack got hurt and McSorley was better the whole time he just didn’t get better the game he stepped in. 3 games that I watched where I thought Pribula give us a chance to win and he actually did help win 2 of the games against Rutgers and Wisconsin I believe we lose both these games if DA stayed in the games. Y’all seen with your own eyes how bad DA was in the Ole Miss game DA goes out for 1 series and Pribula comes in and the offense started clicking and he throws a TD pass then back to the Pine he went and here comes DA back in and the offense was garbage the rest of the game. It’s early but Pribula is looking pretty good and we look the same on offense as the last 2 years. Pribula is water under the bridge DA is the man but if you wonder why some of us question James Franklin on the QB, that’s why.

LOL - If DA stayed in the Rutgsrs game you think we would have lost? Oh ffs... you do realize Pribula score both of his TDs off of Rutgers turnovers, right? Rugers scores 6 points total and somehow we would have lost the game?

@roaminglion yes I do think we would’ve lost to Rutgers and Wisconsin, DA was stinking up the field.

@southern-psu-fan Oh ye of little faith. Ya gotta believe brother! It's a team, not one individual. 😉

You are correct I never played D1 football but I did play D1 baseball at a power 5 conference, coached high school sports and have been around long enough to have learned a few things about common traits successful and winning teams and players possess...You are also correct that I don't know Allar or his family...I am not saying he isn't a good person or come from a good family but what I am saying is what I observe when he isn't playing well...Whether or not he is a good person, motivated by money or comes from a good family has nothing to do with how he responds when things aren't going his way...I haven't seen any growth in this regard in the 2 plus years he has been the QB at Penn State...I hope I am wrong and I sure am rooting for him but at this stage of things I am less than optimistic that we are going to see much change going forward...Some players can't handle pressure and that is just the way it is...As they say here in New York not everybody is suited to play here and a lot of great players have failed to perform to their standards here because this is the biggest stage...This isn't a knock on him as a person but an observation of him as a player...

@been-there-ii I’m an optimistic realist my brother 😂 it’s like voting, you vote the same shit, you get the same shit. This is year 4 for DA and 3 as a starter and I’m seeing the same shit 😂 the good thing is the shit ain’t all that bad we did go 10-3…13-3 deep in the playoffs and we’re 2-0 this year we just haven’t won a big game comparing apples to apples we’re 0-6 in big games. Things are good at Penn St but we have the studs where it should be great. Just 🙏beat Oregon and the perception of we can’t win a big game will be over.

I know winning 10 and 13 games is a very good season but as Penn State fans we can’t be satisfied only beating teams like Rutgers and Minnesota we have to win our fair share of the heavyweights teams like Michigan, Ohio State and ND. You can’t win ‘em all but ffs as Roam would say..win our fair share 😂 fudge ND!

Am I not being responsible?

I think he has this year and next...Unless it gets really bad which it could...If they win 2 or 3 games this year he is gonna be unemployed...Houston and Georgia Tech are 2 good football teams so he has a chance to turn this around...
