CV is the QB that I believe will step up and surprise people. I’m looking forward to the spring game to watch these young kids play. Just let the best man play that gives us the best chance to win!

IMO, JF should stay out of this and MY should have a heavy dose in who is running his O'.

Cliff: old man experience and probably handed the starter position.

CV: Tangibles and showed promise in collegiate game.

PB: Tangibles and it seems like everything you read says the kid is a natural leader.

DA: Practically given the throne based on tangibles, but the kid throws off his back foot.

Man up, play ball, and hopefully the best QB starts. The key is the operational definition of "best".

Agreed 61, Yurcich should make the call.  If it's the right call, Jimmy can take the credit.  If it doesn't work out, Jimmy can blame Mike!

@rip lol Damn Bob, sounds like you speak from experience. Didn't know you were working right beside me all those years!

I've picked up a lot of neat tips from higher ups in my previous working career!  Two of my favorites are - "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission" & "What are they going to do to me, send me back to Vietnam?".

@rip lol We had a upper echelon manager that we nicknamed "Captain I, I", 'cause he always took credit for everything that got accomplished. "I did this, I did that", but would throw you under the bus at the blink of an eye if things went south.

I always liked, "Doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, just DO SOMETHING!" Until the next day, when you got Monday morning quarterbacked. Then you got "What the hell were you thinking? Next staff meeting you get to do a "Lessons Learned" Power Point presentation."
