Well the current starter would be no, Considering he committed before NIL was a thing.
Arch Manning comes from ridiculous money, so I doubt NIL means much to him. He doesn't need it, his family probably told him to pick the best situation and not worry about money.
Ewers, on the other hand, was definitely all about NIL. I believe he was the kid who left high school early because Texas had a law that stated he couldn't make and NIL money in HS
