Does Texas slide in the playoffs at 9-3 after the win last night against TA&M? If they’re kept out that means they’re basically punished for playing the Ohio St game because they could’ve played a gimme game. I can’t stand Texas but I say let ‘em in and the CFP committee should say, we’re not punishing Texas for the Ohio St loss that way we still can get some good OOC games.
No. The SEC will probably get 5 teams in. Texas A&M, Georgia, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Bama if they win out. If Bama loses to Auburn, Texas may sneak in. @roaminglion I get what you’re saying but N Texas and BYU shouldn’t be in the playoffs over a team like Texas because imo these teams will get crushed by Texas. Screw anybody getting automatic bids just take the top 12 that way the CFP committee will be honest in their rankings because we know it’s BS that BYU, TTU, Utah and Vandy ain’t better than Texas today just take the top 12 and where the chips fall, they fall! Didn’t Texas just beat Vandy smh

The leaves 7 spots, and the Big Ten wiĺl take 2 (minimum) more which leaves only 5 left. They aren't giving every single one of those spots to the SEC
We have 4 PC I believe we need to realign all the conferences and put team fair and in a region they need to be in because the ACC and big 12 are just average at best. The ACC and big 12 should only get 1 team in no way either deserves 2.

Reality is that when you lose 3 games and you are not in the SEC you are likely out. PSU loses to O and O the third loss put us out unless we beat a #2 IU and even then ...
AL gets in with 3 losses but not if two are to unranked teams (FSU and Auburn).
This is my problem with this whole thing...The SEC got caught off guard last year cause they have been getting high on their own supply...They are pulling the same happy horseshit in this 12 team format that they did when it was 4 teams...Why have a tournament at all...Put 12 SEC teams in and have it over with...Even though they haven't won the last 2 National Titles B1G teams did and they ain't winning this one either...So they used to stack the 4 team playoff now they you are talking about putting 6 teams in from that conference? NO conference...I mean NO F'ing conference should have more than 4 teams in...If Michigan wins today they deserve to be in over one of these SEC teams...They couldn't hack the system from last year because they looked bad...So the bastards had to change it to rig it for them...And they want to make more changes to rig it even farther for them...Georgia Tech almost beat Georgia yesterday in spite of the penalties...I don't want to hear the baloney that these teams can't compete...The SEC played a regular season...They should have no more than 4 in the tournament...My personal opinion is you take the top 3 from the B1G and the SEC and 2 teams from the ACC & Big 12...That is 10 teams and then you take one from the power 5 and an at large team...I don't want to hear any of this garbage about the SEC being the best conference...They aren't...Right now the B1G is...They can go through all of the elaborate machinations they want and twist themselves into a pretzel and the National Champ is going to come from the B1G again this year...Take all the beauty pageant bullshit out of this thing...
