Anyone want to chime in on what to expect from here on out ? I watched a smaller bowl game last week. A few others here and there. 

I had to squint my eyes a few times and focus what I was actually seeing.  I watched a play where the defense actually backed away and assisted the runner to the end zone.  Another play the RB was running up the sideline and then suddenly stopped. Instead of running into the defense he stopped suddenly and fell backwards to the ground.  Sort of like he didn't want to be hit. 

This one has me totally baffled.  Have any of you watched the ticketsmarter bowl?  A running back took a hard hit got up and went to the sidelines. I saw the players and coaches with wet rags wiping dirt off his jersey and helmet. 

This last one totally has me baffled.  A QB had to scramble out of the pocket to avoid 2 defenders. He handed the ball off to the defenders to avoid injury and getting tackled. 

Think it's time to put an end to these exhibition/ scrimmages.
