TCU loses the last game of the season and don’t drop 1 spot so what makes anybody think when SEC teams lose a game they’ll drop in the polls? If they don’t drop TCU you know they won’t drop teams that they want in from the SEC. Should’ve just done away with the PAC and took 4 conference champs and they probably didn’t do this because of ND that leaves them greedy buttholes out.

- #4 USC ALSO lost in the PAC 12 Championship game by 23 points: 47-24
- #6 Alabama had 2 losses and did not win their division, let alone conference
- #7 Tennessee had 2 losses, one of them to unranked South Carolina
- #3 TCU lost in overtime to #9 KSU, a team they beat earlier in the year
So tell me, who did you expect TCU to fall behind? OSU who was obliterated by 22 points in their last game, USC who was curb stomped by 23 points in their last game, Alabama who lost twice and didn't even win their division, or Tennessee who lost twice and to an unranked team?

I forgot the year but when Alabama lost the last game of the season I said on this forum that they shouldn’t get in the playoffs. Had TCU won the big 12 I wouldn’t had a problem with them getting in but since they lost it comes down to is TCU better than Alabama and it’s not even close Alabama was the much better team. the Tide played around with K-State and still beat ‘em by 2 TD’s. There’s no way in hell that 2 teams from the same conference should make the playoff when only 4 teams get in. Conference championship games should have been included as part of the playoff, you lose in your conference championship and you’re out. I’d have no problem with keeping the playoff at 4 teams if they had followed that simple rule.

There you go again ignoring the fact that TCU won a semifinal to make it into the championship. Playoff blowouts happen at every level in every sport but it doesn't always mean a certain team didn't deserve to be in.

@psujoe i agree 100% no team that didn’t win their conference should’ve made the playoffs I’ve always said that. TCU didn’t win their conference and got rewarded for losing just like Georgia and Alabama got rewarded for losing the last game of the season. No team deserves chit you need to win a conference championship to get in the playoffs and 12 teams doesn’t fix that, it makes it worse. We have 4 p4 conferences now this was easy to fix but it takes power out of the scam voters hands and they won’t give up that power.
