i only check out the top 5 because this is where the big dawgs play but he has the top 25 if y’all want to check it out on ESPN

ESPN had a video on their preseason FPI rankings (where Penn State is also #5) and I kid you not...
In the video they mention:
1. Clemson and Ohio State at #1 & #2 being much strong than Oklahoma and Alabama at #3 & #4
2. LSU being low at #12 because they lose a lot of starters
3. No discussion or even mention of Penn State at #5, but...
4. Texas & Texas A&M are talked about being sleepers because... well... Texas I guess
