I don’t believe the season is over but a NC run probably is. Gotta keep fighting and try something that will get some excitement going on something to build on. I definitely don’t want to see the same stupid shit on offense going forward if James Franklin is still the coach. Hopefully the loss will wake the defense up and get a chip back on their shoulders and let’s finish this season with some pride. We probably only get 13 game this year and that’s 7 more Penn State football games. I’m all for saving James Franklin job and finish 10-2 I never pull against Penn St for any reason. Win baby

Penn State doesn’t have any protected rivalries so all B10 opponents are treated the same and shuffle home and away based on the year and frequency played.

To go into Columbus and win then follow it up with another Victory against IU, is asking Franklin and company to do something they’ve never done before in 12 years. I’m not saying it can’t be done but that’s a tall order. Kaytron had 8 carries, Dom Deluca can’t hold his gaps, he’s just not athletic enough to replace Rojas. Drew played better but there was essentially no adjustments made coming off the Oregon loss. They looked better because they played a Defensive Line that was two steps down from Oregon. This team doesn’t even have a P4 win yet and we want them to run the table? Step one, beat someone in the Big Ten. I don’t see it, it breaks my heart, I have them losing OSU, IU and Nebraska. I think they’ll be 7-5.

Once the slim probability of making the playoff is gone, the team is flat done. The seniors and juniors that are planning on the NFL draft will play not to get hurt or opt out for some other reason.
Word on the street was that Rojas was planning on entering the draft after this season; I say he stays on course, goes through rehab and declares since there is reason to return.
