Roam, I had the sausage and gravy again last night for leftovers and man it was just as good, I’m like you I love that stuff but I pay for the next day on that bow flex, the bow flex kicks my butt lol, it’s worth it though

I get that sausage gravy over biscuits plus hash browns plus a piece of my wife's bacon just about every morning.  It's called the Pioneer where we go, but I hardly hit the gym anymore. lol
