I just read on espn Alabama is hiring back Sarkisian as OC. Saban going back to a prostyle offensive?
It's surprising that Saban would go back to him, considering he bolted for the Falcons after taking the Alabama OC job only weeks before. I guess it wasn't a big deal to Saban, as he realized the oppurtunity Sark had and wished him well. Obviously to welcome him back like this means they parted on good terms.
As for the offense, whatever works?
For Saban it’s all business. Sark is back because it’s the best deal for both. Saban’s loyalty is to winning and of course to the rich benefactors that pay his players under the table. I think Tua’s weakness was exposed by Clemson and the rest of the country went to school on the outcome of the NC game. No doubt things will be different with the Crimson Tide in 2019.
Roam, I’d love to see Jalen Hurts transfer to Ga Tech. I heard he was transferring and Atlanta would be a good place lol. Have you heard anything on Hurts?
