1/4 of the way through the season.  What was your pre-season prediction and would you like to update your prediction?

I predicted the National Championship and a Heisman for Clifford, or Dotson or Washington.  I'm sticking with it.

11-3 final record now I’m going with 13-1 big 10 champs gettin left out of the 4 team playoffs. I have absolutely no confidence making the playoffs if we lose a game.

I think Penn State loses 1 game...Iowa, Ohio State or Michigan State at the end of the season...The schedule is way too difficult to get through it unbeaten...I believe Penn State will win the B1G and that should get them into the playoff...Oklahoma has a cupcake schedule and will go unbeaten so I figure on them getting in...I also believe Oregon will get in as an unbeaten conference champ...That's why I pose the question of Georgia and Bama...ESPN has since day one pushed those 2 as virtually automatics to get in which they do every year with the SEC...My personal opinion has always been if you can't win your conference you shouldn't be in a 4 team playoff for a National Championship...I saw a column by Heather Dinnich the other day spouting off the company line and saying exactly that...This is why I call the whole thing a farce and a fraud...The propaganda machine is always working...No offense to my buddy Southern but he pushes the same narrative and nonsense with his rankings...There should NEVER be 2 teams from the same conference in a 4 team playoff EVER...Ask yourselves this one simple question...Do you believe if ESPN wasn't in bed with the SEC that they would be spouting this nonsense and pushing for the SEC to have 2 teams in the CFP every year? Of course not...If they had a contract with the PAC 12 they would be pushing that conference...They also push Oklahoma because of their joining the SEC in a couple of years...This isn't a conspiracy theory because everything I have written here is a fact...Always follow the money....

The money will always point you to where you need to look.
