Whats with you and the personal insults directed towards others on this forum?? Can you ever have an intelligent conversation with someone without hurling them as soon as someone disagrees with you??
Your attack on Tsuga today was pretty low for even your standards, but allow me to educate you on "the senile old man" that you chose to take a shot at today.
He's a decorated combat veteran that is as tough as nails and is in better shape than some men half his age. But more importantly he's the father of eight successful children and eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He's been married to the same woman for over 50 years. He and his wife do therapeutic foster care for the State of Maine and are very generous of both their time and money to local charities in the community. For many years he supported PSU football by buying season tickets and supporting the academic side of the college with modest donations each and every year. It wasnt until his dear bride became too sick to travel that he stopped going to the games but still continued to buy the tickets and gave them out to friends and family at no charge. Some of you may remember the RV from Maine that had " Crazee Mainah" on the back; He bought that after he retired and moved to Maine from PA about 18 years ago. He is a man of integrity, a man of honesty, and a man that is never afraid to do what is right. Tsuga is a loyal friend and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
How do I know all of this?? You see, Tsuga is my grandfather. Yep, the secret's out. Now Lake knows who I am, SPF, MB, and BT im pretty sure knew of me as Thepakid from the old forum. So, Mr Remoh, when you take shots at my grandfather you're taking a shot at me. So Im asking you from one man to another to please back off with the verbal assaults. If you ever met my grandpa, you'd see that he's not the senile old man that you perceive him to be. The only one looking foolish in all of this is you.
Go in peace Remoh,
Bulldawg
PS.....yes it is true that i swiped this nic from Suzy just to tick him off. You were never smart enough to figure that out.
Now that's a great post! Well played!
How’s the baby pakid? Tsuga is a great man brother!
Southern, She's growing up so fast!!!! She's gonna be the first female wrestler at PSU. Thanks for asking
LOL!!!! that was beautiful kid!!! I honest to God can't stop laughing...As far as your grandfather is concerned I never had the honor or privilege to meet him but just from bantering back and forth with him throughout the years on this forum I knew he was a man of substance with a tremendous sense of humor...
As for Homer I have no idea what the beef is as I never saw any of it until the recent post. I like Homer and enjoy his posts. I consider the guys that post here almost like an extended family of sorts. We all may bicker, fuss and disagree with each other but it is all centered around our love for Penn State. I personally hope whatever the beef is can be put aside and we can move on. Save the visceral stuff for Pipe and his delusional musings...Anyway Bulldawgs it is great to know you are Tsuga's grandson and you are very fortunate to have him as your grandfather...Now hopefully we can all move on and bicker about how Penn State is going to improve things and how many games we all think they are going to lose now...hehehehehehe
1 . I only took a swipe at your senile old grandfather after mentioning senile old people and others assumed I was talking about Tsuga. So that says a lot right there , apparently they think he's senile too
2. I didn't read much at all of your rambling post, I stopped as soon as you got into the I am this and he is that BS. As they say, you can pretend be whatever you want to be on the internet. In other words I don't believe anyones claims on anonymous forums.
And also, if you and your alleged grandfather don't enjoy him being picked on or called names maybe he should change his online persona. Seems as though neither one of you were born with very thick skin.
Great post and all true. You are fortunate to have such wonderful grandparents. I know exactly who you are! I hope I can catch up with you in Pittsburgh in March, lots to talk about and you can meet some of my old (and now stiff) old wrestling buddies where we exaggerate and lie about our past accomplishments. You know what I’m talking about... I beat the guy , that beat the guy, that almost beat the guy who beat the guy in the practice room who lost to Dan Gable in the finals of the Naval Academy Plebe tournament in 1969 blah, blah blah.
Remoh, to be clear I like your posts and appreciate your all in passion for PSU. If Cathedral Prep makes another deep run to the football playoffs and finds itself in Hershey, I’d be honored to share chicken wings and buy you several adult beverages of your choosing. How about a reconciliation of sorts with tsuga? A cyber handshake of sorts and a clean slate. I think it good for the forum. We know who the bad guys really are, tsuga isn’t one of them.
Lake, its funny you would mention that. We're actually up here visiting for the week and my uncle and I have been trying to get him to head down to P-burgh for the ships. The stubborn cuss wont leave the State without my grandmother. The plan was for my uncle and him to fly down and my dad and I would meet them at Pittsburgh for the weekend.
Just an FYI, he loves the back and forth banter and ribbing that you guys share on here. In fact, he and my grandmother often read some of the stuff all you "old-timers" post on here and and laugh. He doesnt really give a care what anyone thinks of him but some of the comments that were directed towards him kind of upset my Grandmother which is what prompted me to make the post. In fact, just the other day we got a good laugh out of Remoh saying he wasnt going to Idaho fishing anymore because Roam didnt agree with his point of view on something. Good times!!!!
Anyway, in regards to Pittsburgh in March, we'll keep working on him from this end if you guys can work on him from your end.
Sounds like a plan bulldawgs, we’l get both grandparents down there, I’m eager to meet the entire family. In the meantime I’d enjoy your input on the wrestling side of this forum. I’m particularly interested to see who Cael rolls out at 125 and 133. Berge should be interesting especially how he progresses in time for March. I have tickets for nationals and will be staying with my daughter and son in law in Pittsburgh, both proud and successful Penn State grads.
Lake, Watch for Berge and Verkleeken to battle it out at 49 with Berke earning the spot for good. He's an absolute buzz saw and will be fun to watch. Teasdale and Young are going to surprise a lot of people at 25 and 33. I dont see anyone stopping us this year. Watch our for Mark this year. From what im hearing he's been an absolute beast this summer and is focused on the season like never before. Last year's loss in the finals didnt sit well with him at all.
Well there. Guess it doesn't pay to go to bed early and let you have my laptop. Don't let Remoh bother you. Somewhere deep down I truly believe there's a nice guy fixing to get out. I do appreciate the sentiments and kind words.
Thanks bud,
Love ya.
PS......Pittsburgh ain't gonna happen, sorry
T, it's ok to leave the kids play w/ the laptop. Ya just need to pull the masking tape off the screen that you wrote all your pass words on.
" as tough as nails and is in better shape than some men half his age."
LOL I'd easily put $10k on my grandfather who grew up working in the coal mines of western PA and turns 100 in less than a month to kick the sheot out of your senile old pap.
Rather obvious that it's "like grandpap like grandson"
Now if you were only able to put the 10 grand together without selling the trailer! lol
LOL. Your solution to everything is violence isnt it?? Seriously?? A fight between our grandparents is your best comeback?? What is it with you and wanting to beat up old people or see them get beaten up?? I have more respect for the elderly than that. I got to hand it to you Remoh, you've got us all laughing up here in Maine over that comment. If I say "no" does that mean you wont come up here fishing with your buddies?? If thats the case, the answer is "no".
Btw......Its nice to see that you've taken the time to read my post two times and took the time to comment on it. Perhaps some of it may sink in.
Wow more posts from bulldawgs in one day than there has been in weeks and all because of me, I'm flattered! Will you be posting under this nic all the time now or switching back and forth like senile old papi does?
The prune obviously hasn't fallen far from the tree.
