Speaking of recruiting PSU hockey is kicking ass and just got a verbal from the projected first pick in the NHL draft. Probably a very good chance the hockey team wins a NC before the football team.

@rip Sad, but that's the name of the game these days. Along that line, why commit if you're still on the market? Not like a team wouldn't some how make room for a talented individual. shrug

@southern-psu-fan if the kid keeps putting up the numbers he did in week one of high school football he’s going to get big money at whatever school he attends and will most likely be a serious heisman contender before he turns  pro. At this point in time I doubt he’ll attend PSU and will end up at either USC or OSU.

My son-in-law got that little chump fishing already baby. He’s a great daddy and husband. My daughter is a Penn St fan but it’s probably going to be an uphill battle battle having him a Penn St fan his daddy is diehard Alabama fan lol

Yep, BT.  However, I would never say I'm committed to that company.  I'd tell the truth and say I'm committed to the $$$$$'s!!

Maybe recruiting should get a Facebook type indicator, like the one they use for dating...

"Recruit A is in a relationship with College B" & "Recruit B is committed to College C"

I think the kid will get the money he needs and sticks with PSU...Remember Allen and Singleton are coming off the books this year so they will have the money to bring this kid in...
