Tikey Hayes added another accolade to his ever-growing list on Saturday.

The Aliquippa junior running back and Penn State commit was named Mr. PA Football for Class 4-6A.

He was actually one of two winners of the award, sharing it with Bishop McDevitt senior receiver Rico Scott, an Alabama signee.

The 5-foot-10, 185 pounder ran for 2,137 yards and 26 touchdowns to help lead Aliquippa to the 4A state title game this past season. He was brilliant in that 60-14 4A state title win over Dallas, too, averaging 12.3 yards per carry while rushing for 222 yards and three touchdowns.

as bad as we need good WR’s how does the dude from Bishop get away? That school gives Penn St football fits losing good football players. The RB looks to be a stud 😁

Maybe he'll be like Julian Fleming and come back home.
