Over the last four recruiting classes PS avg recruiting rank is 13.75. Over that same period Pitt avg rank is 39.75. ASU again over the same period ASU is only 6.25 in the SBC (didn't even bother to research their national rank had to be below 50). Now, how did ASU take PS into OT? To make matters worse it was in PS's home field. Can only imagine how the game would have turned out if they played ASU on their home turf! Now for tonight's game. Considering the talent, how is PS only a seven point favorite. It certainly can't be home field advantage. That didn't work as expected for PS last week. IMO mb their QB got hot and he was HARD to stop. Their QB was right on the money throwing the ball. Big thing is we didn’t put them a way when we needed too. SPF, the QB was hard to stop because PS failed to pressure him. He was able to stand back there and pass almost at will. Opposing QB's seem to have the uncanny tendency to have their best games against PS's defense. Fortunately, McSorley can more than match (most times) their scoring.
