I wish they would realign the divisions and move some teams around.
My biggest gripe is Dallas, they don't belong in the NFC East. I say that as a Giants fan. I'd like to see them swap with the Panthers, putting Charlotte in the NFC East and Dallas with New Orleans, Atlanta, and Tampa in the NFC South.
Also, would like to see Miami moved out of the AFC East, you could put them in the AFC South with Jacksonville, Tennessee, and Houston.
Move Indy to the AFC North with Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh.
This then allows you to place Baltimore in the AFC East with New England, Buffalo, and the NY Jets.
These alignments make so much more sense, and the fact that I hate the Cowboys and Jerry Jones. Everyone knows the only reason the Cowboys are in the NFC East is because Jerry wanted them to play the big media markets, and he fought to keep them in the division last realignment.
I occasionally watch the Giants only to see Barkley. Otherwise I have little interest. It’s more than our flag being disrespected. The game has changed. Sometimes it looks like touch football. I understand you point about Dallas but that’s tradition.
Some traditions get old and tired, plenty of other teams were realigned into other divisions and it worked out fine. Even created new rivalries... Dallas needs to go.
They could Dallas in the Spanish Football League for all I care. I have no interest in the National Felons Touch Football League.
I just like watching good NFL games the rivalry thing in the NFL is gone IMO. Just give me good games. I gues maybe playing teams close to home would be better that way we can rag people at work if your team beats their team lol
Yeah let's move Dallas out of the NFL East and eliminate some of the best rivalries in the league. That makes a lot of sense.
Signed,

Oh contrair mon frair ... or however you spell that. Being a Stillers fan, you can not say that rivalry games are done. Sit down and watch a Steeler/Browns game, or a Steeler/Ravens game. It doesn't get more "rivalry" then those games.
Yeah, I don't care... I doubt it ever happens, but it's not like Dallas wouldn't be able to start rivalries with other teams. Heck, the Chiefs up the road are a perfect candidate. New Orleans... Houston. All prime candidates.
I have to agree with remoh on this...as an avid Eagles fan (season ticket holder), I would absolutely hate to see the Dallas Cowboys leave the NFC east..The rivalries in that division are special, even in a down year like this..
There is definitely ,more electricity in the air when the Cowboys come to town..You can feel it, Id hate to see that go...Personally, Im probably more up to beat the Giants, as I grew up with the Philly-NY rivalry...but there is no doubt Dallas is no 1 enemy of the fan base..
Im surprised, you as a Giants fan, would welcome this..
I would, I really don't care about Dallas as a Giants fan. I don't need them, which is inherently why I despise their fanbase. They act like they ARE needed, like somehow everything would be worse without them.
I don't like the special treatment for them. They aren't special.
Of course, this is why I call it a "pet peeve"... because it's more of a personal thing and not necessarily widespread thought. And I know that.
Lol, bob you know I love ya buddy but the Browns just stink and have for a long time. A rivalry game should be competitive and the Browns ain’t competitive with any team unless it’s losing the most games in a season. Of course my stinking Falcons lost to Cleveland Sunday lol
They act like ND Roam...sorry CT lol
I was waiting for that southern...LOL...Im in good mood today, Ill let you go..
Funny though how Roam feels about the Cowboys...and I get it, I looked up some stats, since '96 Eagles have 13 playoff wins, Giants 10, Cowboys 3..so they aren't too special, and from that perspective, wouldnt be missed....but its that "we're special " mentality of their fanbase that so galvanizes other fanbases, that they would never want the Cowboys to leave....and I have that Eagles fanbase in mind, which in case you haven't noticed, is rather rabid 😉
I like it, Roam!
I agree with Bob. As a Steeler fan, I don’t want any realignment. Steelers-Ravens is a bitter rivalry. So is the Steelers-Bengals. Remember a few years ago when the Bengals had the Steelers on the ropes in the playoff game then imploded with multiple unsportsmanlike conduct penalties to hand it to the Steelers? And the aftermath of that game and all the subsequent following games. If you take that away, it’s like moving Ohio St and Michigan away from each other. Or ending Alabama- Auburn. It would be bad for the NFL. So, would moving Dallas out of the NFC East. Those 4 teams hate each other. Sorry, I vote to keep the divisions as they are.
That’s impossible. The Cowboys fans swear that Romo was a great QB🙄. You must have your stats wrong. He had to have had at least 15 playoff games leading America’s team. 🤮
No one said to take the Steelers / Bengals away. Only the Ravens, who have only been in existence for 20 years
Your realignment makes a lot of sense Roam from a travel and expense perspective...The only argument against your revised divisions is The Steelers/Ravens rivalry...Those games are a bloodbath and those 2 organizations hate each others guts...I think your realignment makes perfect sense but I don't think it will ever happen...
