It's been around 5 years since James Franklin's infamous great to elite speech. Since then Penn State has lost 4 more times to make it 6-0. But if you dive a little deeper Penn State has held the lead in 3 of those games late so they are close. Depth and injuries have seemingly been a primary factor. Penn State comes into this game well-rested and healthy so this is the year they need to take it to the next level and get that signature victory.
