All we hear about is both teams' offense and defense. Nobody talks about the special teams. Iowa leads us 10-3 at the Half. Chich makes some halftime adjustments; #5 returns a punt to the house and we never look back. PSU wins 27-10.

Very possible Iowa loses. However, that's not what the experts are predicting. From a B1G perspective the big boys are here now. Wisconsin 1-3, Indiana 2-3...jeesh. Villanova is Villanova.

Once again, I'm not sure what you're trying to say or imply. I'm a little think headed, please clue me in.
I think he means to say we're playing Iowa which only shows he can read the schedule!
Man, after that dismantling of Maryland I think Iowa should be ranked ahead of AL and GA. Seriously, someone will now tell us that PSU has played nobody and Iowa is proven.
Both played IN at home and Iowa won 34-6 whereas PSU won 24-0. Pretty even as it was Iowas first game.
Iowa beat Iowa State whereas PSU beat Wisconsin, Both were ranked and are no longer ranked. Again pretty even as I see it.
Iowa beat Kent State 30-7 and PSU beat V, 38-17 again even if you even want to consider these two games.
Iowa beat Colorado State 24-14 and MD 51-14. Maryland gave the game away and I don't know what to take from Colorado State. PSU beat Auburn 28-20 Auburn is now ranked 18 and has shown a good run defense and offense.
PSU has been in two real games but it looks like Iowa has only been tested by Iowa State. PSU has the better offense and an equal defense. PSU has a better punter. FG Kicker? Home field advantage is worth 4 for Iowa.
Iowa is +11 in turnovers over 5 games, PSU is plus 6 over 4 games. I don't see how +2/game is sustainable for Iowa and the Iowa Offense needs a short field. Iowa has 12 INT's but has only lost one...they have not been pressured. I am surprised that ESPN shows PSU has 2 fumble but hasn't lost any. Iowa has lost 3 of 6...but is still plus 11 in turnovers due to the INT's. I think MD enhanced the Iowa margin significantly.
I see it as a tight game. I think PSU has to feel like they can beat Iowa so long as they don't give it away. Feels like a Paterno/Frye type game to me. 17-10 PSU.
It seems like every year MAryland is good early on but then nose dives. It is who they are.
I believe Jordon Stout and special teams will win or lose this game. 25% of Iowa's possessions have started on the opponent's side of the 50 and 97 of their 166 points have come on drives of 49 yards or less.

@forum-titan Wyomissing is a bigger, more talented and deeper team than Southern this year. I watched the game on tape. It might have been a bit closer if SCA had its QB, but Wyomissing is just the better team.

Yes, Wyomissing has more talent. Loaded with DI offers. One kid has offers from just about every B1G team. Both teams run the wildcat. Wyomissing snuffed them out on just about every play. You know the saying, fight fire with fire. Some really big kids on Wyomissing.
