That’s to low IMO, with McSorely coming back for his Sr. year a top 5 ranking shows a little respect, 4th or 5th is where we should be?

I hate how they still have Washington rated over PSU

Exactly right Mills and that’s exactly why we can’t trust these crooks  to decide who plays for the NC, all these crooks are in the same loop, you cannot trust any of ‘em! and how many games do Auburn and ND have to lose to lose credibility lol...oh I forgot auburn who lost 4 games beat Georgia and Alabama lol, this years NC game was the biggest scam ever!

I think it's a fair ranking, the fact that McSorley is back is represented in the ranking by PSU's offense being #4.  The defense is what pulls down our overall number, where we are ranked #18.

The defense is replacing 2 safeties, 2 cornerbacks, 2 linebackers, and 2 defensive tackles.  That's a lot of turnover, so it would make sense for them to be ranked a bit lower.

I’m ok with it. Let the boys (and the coaches behind them) prove it on the field. Either way, I love our Nits and I’ll be there cheering them on. C’mon, season!!! Can’t wait!

Aside from Marcus Allen, I think the defensive replacements will be better. They will be younger and inexperienced but more talented(if high school stars hold true). Also one of the corners will be John Ried assuming he plays as well as pre-injury.

What does it matter where they are ranked in a preseason poll? It's really a ridiculous debate in as much that no one can prove their position.

mb, you know I’m the one usually defending the SEC and ACC saying they are the 2 best conference? After a few games I told 1994 that the SEC is way down this year and the ACC ain’t much better but I still believe Alabama would win the NC just because they have the best players. I turned out to be right on Alabama only because they were ranked #1 most of the year. Clemson got in the playoffs because they were ranked higher  not because they were one of the best 4 teams, you could watch Clemson and could see easy that they weren’t one of the 4 best teams and that’s why Alabama kicked their butts, my point is the crooks voting do control who plays for the NC by who they put in and they justify it by rankings so the rankings do matter, these rankings now matter because this is probably the way it will start the season off, it’s hard to go undefeated and these crooks know that so they’ll give some teams a pass for losing and some teams they won’t it’s that simple, Alabama, Georgia and Clemson got a pass for losing and we didn’t and we got left out. Some will say we lost 2 games and I say so what ain’t this scam committee supposed to take the 4 best teams or is it the 4 best teams with the most wins? Since you have 2 losses don’t meat you ain’t better than Clemson? Auburn got a pass for losing 2 games and we didn’t, it’s fixed and we need to get this opinion out of the way. Bottom line brother  is these rankings in the end do matter just wait and see.
