I absolutely love it, so rarely do you hear coaches talking about failure... but it really is a great learning tool and I am really liking what I hear from this guy. Make Clifford uncomfortable, put him in tough situations, and allow him to fail in practice so he can learn from his mistakes. Build him up from there.
