You don't realize how bummed I am. My favorite time of the year, fall season where I do more than ever. Hiking, outdoors, hunting and then I wind down on a Friday and Saturday to watch a football game. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
I hope you're right Southern! My biggest fear is that people with a hidden agenda will take advantage of the coronavirus to advance their causes. No, I'm not talking D's & R's. I'm concerned with the people who would like to see football gone or sissified to the point that it might as well be!
I also worry about liberal agendas. The liberals hate our President. The longer this goes on, the greater the challenge Trump will have in November. The same Trump hating liberals also hate college football. These woosies were jealous of the athletes when they were in high school. Now they have an opportunity to hit back.
And no doubt, the liberal faction at PSU were behind giving in to the NCAA sanctions!

I'm not talking politics Roam. In my post I said "I'm not talking D's & R's". I guess I should have added neither am I talking L's or C's. I was specifically referring to that segment of society that is anti football! I could care less about their political leanings, I just wish they would leave football alone! If they don't like it, don't watch it. Seems fair to everyone

No problem Southern. I think I know what you're saying and I agree. I agree with what Roam said too! The only point I was trying to make is when it comes to this issue, I don't give a hoot about D's & R's, C's & L's, G's & N's. Politics be damned, just leave football alone!
Every time I start to feel better about the intelligence of the general public I can always come on here and read the inane comments made by SOME on here. China did not create Covid-19. The only thing they are guilty of is hiding the size of the problem they had. That is a problem with all totalitarian states.
Gates does not hate national sports, he just thinks that they may be the last thing normalized. Which if you think about it is probably not a bad idea. I love college football but it is not MORE important than the health of the general public.
Many people may hat Trump, I don't know that for sure. I have disliked Trump for as long as I have known about him, long before he became the Wackadoodle in Chief. The most important person to Trump is Trump.

Ok Roam, let's talk politics! Many many years ago, my grandfather gave me the following advice. He said, whenever you go to vote, vote against the incumbent, throw them all out. If a person has been in office for one term, they had plenty of opportunity to steal all the money they'll ever need. If they didn't, then they're to dumb to be in office in the first place. He was probably the first advocate for term limits! He was a smart old guy, lol.

Cant save everybody, if somebody is that stupid to inject themselves with bleach, Lysol or any other disinfectant cleaning products then they’re living on borrowed time anyway lol. 1 person could’ve done something that stupid and the media and some of the politicians would acted like people were standing in line to get a shot of bleach at the drug store.
