They were listing 2 Penn Staters playing in SB tonight, Nick Scott and Grant Haley for the Rams. But during player introduction I noticed Troy Reeder, a LB that played for Penn State for I think 2 seasons before transferring to Delaware.

I guess it's a bit different from Joe Burrow since he never started for the Buckeyes, but still I think it's more about where you play last that counts most. Joe Burrow = LSU / Russell Wilson = Wisconsin / Troy Reeder = Delaware
That said, still happy for the kid.
