Of all the big names out there, my pick for most likely big splash hire is Joe Brady. He is the Bills OC, and has had that offense humming for 3 years.
He is considered a QB guru, and is considered the architect of LSU's 2019 offense. He is only 36, and FYI he was a GA at PSU back in 2015-2016
Whatever coach is hired he's going to have 2 big tasks.
1. Win back the recruiting battle.
2. Dig a 6 loss team out of a trench.
Not impossible
Interesting take Roam...They need a high energy proven winner...This program needs a needle mover...I don't know much about Joe Brady but I am gonna do some research on him...

I wouldn’t be surprised if he is the guy. Hardly anyone talking about him too,
I gotta research this guy...
Well Terry Pegula owns the Buffalo Bills so this isn't a long shot that is for sure
Roaming don't you think they need to hire someone before the portal closes and signing day, not going to happen with a coach that is going to the playoff in either college or pro? Maybe a college coach if they lose in the first round of the playoffs. Don't forget only 1 transfer portal next year.Of all the big names out there, my pick for most likely big splash hire is Joe Brady. He is the Bills OC, and has had that offense humming for 3 years.

@cohappy I can see it in the pros, more doubtful in college. There is a scenario where he could sign the contract to be the HC, so everyone knows who the coach is, but with a rider that he can finish the season with the Bills.
We have seen that before, a couple of college coaches stayed to cosch their teams in bowl games before leaving so it is no unprecedented
My thought exactly, he is a big in with Brady. LOL he'd still be paying him really, as I am sure he'd be one of the boosters ponying up the cash.Well Terry Pegula owns the Buffalo Bills so this isn't a long shot that is for sure
The little things I’m hearing are starting to make ne think Roam hit the nail on the head and Brady might be the man.
The more I look at this the more I think Roam is on to something here...The chatter from the outside is all fluff and people flailing to come up with a story for clicks...This guy is a very accomplished coach despite his youth...I just researched this guy a little bit...He was the assistant coach of the year credited with coaching Joe Burrow to his heisman trophy...He was matt rhule's offensive coordinator when he coached the panthers and was selected to coach in the senior bowl in 2021...He was credited with turning around the Bills offense and unlocking Josh Allen by running a more balanced offense...he finished 4th last year as NFL assistant coach of year...He got his masters in education from Penn State as well...BINGO...I think we have a winner here...I could get behind this guy...Going to need to bring in some help for him with the portal and recruiting but this guy checks ALL of the boxes...Roam I think you hit this one buddy...
You know he is going to also unlock the money guys within the program...I can see this guy as being the new hire...In fact he may be the front runner...There is also no talk of this guy as well...Until Roam mentioned him I have heard nothing about this guy...NOTHING...He certainly has the resume'...
