Marshall cornerback Boogie Trotter and wide receiver Demarcus “Floyd” Lacey were both declared ineligible for the 2026 season after the denial of Trotter’s state-level bid for a preliminary injunction to use a fifth year of eligibility. The pair have been removed from the Marshall roster.

Maybe they can portal down to LSU? Or do you have to try out for the NFL to qualify?
