I think the decision is between OSU and PSU, and it's basically coming down to how he feels about the new wide receiver coach Gerad Parker. If he likes him, we get him.

True. Even those close to him say he hasn’t given a hint. We have a reporter at his hs. Insider if you will. No clue. He feels same way.
I’m not feeling good about Fleming. The rest of the recruiting world thinks he is going to OSU, which is unfortunate because he sits in PSU’s back yard and with all the effort Franklin and co have put in to recruiting him. Hope I’m wrong but I’m not optimistic at this point. I’m hoping for Fields and OSU’s offense to flop and PSU to get back on track.
