There is no image or likeness here, it's straight "we're gonna pay you to go to BYU". No one probably even knows who this kid is, let alone what he looks like.
Also... every player on the team is now receiving the cost of tuition separate from their scholarship.
this is basically the wild west now...There for all intent and purposes no governing body enforcing any rules so this is the NFL without a salary cap...I think and truly believe an argument can be made that there is more money to be made by these college kids than in the NFL...If a kid comes in and produces he can be pretty much set for life after 4 years...Cardale Jones wasn't too far off...These kids ain't going to college to "play school"...Who is even gonna enforce the grades part of this thing...I can see these football factory schools setting up a separate curriculum for the football team to push these kids through so they are "eligible" to play...I can see some of these kids knocking down 3 to 5 million a season in "endorsements"...This is big business and in my opinion bigger than the NFL...fasten your seatbelts folks cause this is only the beginning...We haven't seen nothin yet...
will people and businesses stop donations to the schools and give it to the players because like I said the other day, if millions go in one pocket it’s coming out of another? I don’t think it will be NFL money but then again if the NFL don’t stay out of politics you might be right FD lol. 3 more weeks brother and we get some Penn State football 😁
