PSU 17 IOWA 13 I'm thinking the defenses make for a low scoring game.

28-7...i don't think Iowa is gonna be able to do much against the PSU defense ...i think Penn State breaks off a couple big plays for scores and possibly KJ takes a punt to the house... My concerns are the OLine along with turnovers...Hopefully the OLine can do enough for the offense to be effective...We are going to find out how good this Penn State team is this week . .

Just win is right. Love the positive thinking here but reality says escape with a W. These guys had this game circled for a year now. It's by far their biggest home game of the year and probably the season. And add in the fact that the fourth and fifth year players have lost every year to PSU adds more incentive. PSU 20`17
I sure hope you folks know what you are talking about (confident not wishful thinking) because this game scares the crap out of me. Going to be a long day of duck hunting tomorrow worrying about this one.
Man, I’ve got to go to Six Flags hell tomorrow night and won’t be able to watch the game. Y’all keep me up to date please. My wife knows better than this crap lol

I will go with the same number.
We have an equal or better defense and a considerably better offense. Yea it is at Kinnick, they will grow the grass long to slow us down but the speed gap will remain. The field remains 120 yards long and the waving at the hospital doesn't create any advantage. We are the second or third best B10 team and they are 4, 5 or 6.

Ditto!! I was going 24-10, but the Lion's have just as much to prove tonight as Iowa does, so I am adding another 7.

I sincerely hope you all are correct. I also want this one. However over many years I have seen Iowa get us in games we were supposed to win. I dearly want it to be a W ... but ... with a senior quarterback I am sure coach Ferentz knows what I perceive to be our significant weakness ... pass defense. Unless we change something dramatically I think they will pass us silly until we can stop them which I doubt we will do well enough. I fear Iowa 24 - PSU 21 or 17 ... either way its within 7. I think if we win this one we can be a 9-3, 10-2 or even 11-1 team. If we lose I think we are 8-4 or 9-3 at the very most.
I also saw the old post on Ohio State trying to trademark "the". I live in Columbus. They actually tried to trademark OSU before that ... never mind Oklahoma State, Oregon State, etc. "The" is a big thing with these folks. The actually have ball caps with only that word on them. They appear to have a marketing (?) "group" who are trying to protect their money making. There are some independent businesses who market free lance shirts they fear will intrude. It has always been my considered opinion that if you took cow patties and painted them red ( oops scarlet) and gray and marketed right you could sell them. If you look at the Ohio State logo in my opinion the S in the middle would be more appropriate to be a dollar sign ... $. :)))
I like the idea that this is a fast paced and powerful Nittany Lion team, but I share Rec’s concern. I realize that this team doesn’t know the Iowa history that some of us more mature fans do, but it is Iowa at Kinnick at night. If they can get an early score or turnover it could be like our previous games. Or, it could be a nail biter that leads to a hangover tomorrow. Either way, I think we walk out with the win, I just don’t know if it will be over by the half.
Stole the TD from us so it should have been 21-12. Nobody had 17-12 but we were in the ballpark. 12 is an odd number with a TD.
