I think everyone in this forum knew Iowa would expose Indiana
I know one thing this dude Geoff Collins has destroyed my Yellow Jackets it’s time to send this dude back to philly. Can’t even beat N Illinois man 🤬
I don't think we'll see 10 unless ND loses Sunday night. I'm thinking #12 for us if the stinking Iwish beat FSU.
I'm just not sure the voters will leap us over any team that won.
Penn State will need to win all of their games to get into the playoff...One loss will eliminate them...They need to keep on winning...I am not shocked that Iowa beat Indiana but I am shocked at the thumping they got...ESPN runs college football...They are in bed with the SEC and the ACC so it is simple how they manipulate the show...You just start off ranking 4 SEC teams in the top 10 so you ensure that you have at least 2 of em in the playoff as 3 of the 4 are from the East (Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M and Florida)...That way you can make the argument that the one left out of the SEC title game is better than any of the other 4 power conferences champion...Then you hope that if Clemson is down that Notre Dame can sneak in so you at least have an ACC team in...Then they put Oklahoma in as they are coming to the SEC and the other non affiliate conference teams go for the table scraps...Usually they put the B1G champ in so that leaves out the Pac 12 every year...Whenever they discuss playoff expansion who are the ones yodeling against it? The SEC and ACC...All the other conferences are in favor of it...The whole thing is a joke and has been for years...They manipulate the whole thing...

Don't agree. If we beat OSU and end the year with 1 loss we are absolutely in the playoff. 2 teams from the same conference has only happened once, Georgia and Alabama in 2018. I will add both SEC teams won their playoff game so...
Seems we play in perhaps the second toughest division and then we have Iowa and Wisky from the west, probably the two toughest West Teams. Add in an Auburn team that for some reason ESPN doesn't have ranked and it is among the top 5.

Auburn is ranked #25
Yes, 1 win over nobody and another SEC Team is in the top 25. Any drop out after a loss?
Is the transfer portal QB starting?
They should be 20 when we play them and we'll be in the top 10.

Well if we beat them, it will help us so...
We probably still have a winning record against SEC teams. If not, it is close. Late game...maybe it will be a cold day. But I digress.
@underlion The greatest of all time Joe Paterno was playing around 500 with the SEC but the GOAT only played the HEAVYWEIGHTS he didn’t pick on the Vanderbilts baby he went after Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and the LSU’s so playing 500 against that bunch is saying something ain’t nothing else had the balls to play ‘em. I miss the old man I ain’t going to lie, the tough ole dude loved tough competition that why he enjoyed it.

I agree. But FL and Vanderbuilt has PSU's number, lol.
@psu61 really had the better teams when we lost to Florida both times things just didn’t go our way especially having our best 2 players suspended. Good news is James Franklin is my 2nd favorite coach all time 61 😂
