What rule changes would you like to see?
For me, it's the rules that do not appear to be administered consistently. Specifically, the holding and pass interference rules appear to be "fluid". Therefore, I think they should be removed from the game or significantly modified to the point where consistent enforcement is possible. If a rule is not enforced consistently, the fairness of the game is jeopardized.

I don't think removing them entirely is the answer, or crippling them to the point of making the game painful to watch. If PI didn't exist, every pass would see the WR or whoever it was get dragged down or tackled before the ball even got there. The game would be unwatchable. Just my opinion.
I will say, I'd like to see them move back to the 20 instead of the 25 for touchbacks. For some reason it just seems.... wrong.
