Hartline has been rumored to be going to Kentucky and most of these openings along with the guy from Oregon...Nobody knows anything...It's all speculation...

Looks like your son is right, Southern.  He signed with Southern Florida!

”The guy from Oregon” was hired by Kentucky.

Again I know it’s speculation on my part but with all these coaching vacancy’s filling up with good coaches and nothing being said or talked about other then the miss on Sitake. I really have no confidence in Kraft at this point. If he is waiting on Deboar, what if they win it all and the BAMA faithful have a change of heart? Then who do we go after? By that time it will be too late. It’s not looking good in my opinion.

You pop in TS on a 2 year contract, if he will take it. And if he takes it, there will be a hurt feelings factor, but a lot of money can smooth that over short term

Well when all the dust has settled and we do end up with Terry, I think it’s fair to say Kraft has been incompetent all along. Maybe Terry can keep us close to .500 with wins but I’m not sure of that. I know he held the team together but how much of this team will be around next year? Alot of the recruits left and followed JF that supposedly he helped recruit. We will see what happens but all I’m saying is that if it comes down to Terry then Kraft has failed. And after that speech he gave after firing JF about bringing in a coach that will get us NC it looks bad on him. Maybe he will be forced to portal out.

He wont be forced out. His course of action was endorsed from the next two levels up. Aint nobody getting fired nor being held accountable. It will be pawned off as uncontrollable circumstances and we will be better off from all of this next year.

Just trying to connect the dots but imo from what I’ve read and listened too even on here, if Penn St people would support ex Penn St coaches and administrators Penn St football wouldn’t be in this position. I hear we don’t need to hire Penn St guys we need to get away from that and that’s why James Franklin said commit to me not Penn St. Penn St football needs Penn St football people in charge. You give Greg Shiono the Alabama teams Saban had and that dude wins NC’s maybe not as many but he would win some. Same for Al Golden and Matt Rhule and look how disrespectful Terry Smith has been treated. Manny is considered a Penn St guy he coached here for 2 years and was very great full for his opportunity I heard it with my own ears when he took the Duke job and he can’t even on the radar. Ohio St and Michigan ain’t gone to look after Penn St, that’s the Penn st folks job to do.
