I didn’t watch the halftime show I watched Kid Rock and boy he put on a good couple of songs and so did the others I enjoyed the all American halftime show and not because of politics, it was just my kind of music. The Budweiser commercial was great we had a great time but the game wasn’t that good imo. Kid Rock sang the song “until you can’t” and man it was awesome. Try and find it and listen to it the dude can sing man.

The game itself was just anticlimactic. Seattle just dominated the line of scrimmage.
in my circles the only people that watch the halftime show are the women...The guys are getting beers and drinks and eating...I think they had the one on with the guy singing in Spanish but to me it sounded just like an ordinary Saturday night in July in the Bronx...I personally don't know what all the fuss was about...I never heard of the guy but somebody must like him cause he got millions of fans...I at least heard of Kid Rock but I couldn't tell ya a song he did either...That is why halftime is a great time to grab some refreshments, eat a little bit and talk about the game and what adjustments the teams need to make...That game is a prime example of what I have been saying for years...Football games are won up front and if your 5 guys can't block their 4 guys up front you ain't winning...The Patriots couldn't block the 4 D-Lineman from Seattle and that was the story of the game...Darnold played it smart...NO turnovers and managed the game...He didn't do anything flashy and he didn't need to...Walker is a really good running back and is underrated in my opinion...
You gotta lay off the cigars and liquor FD and watch the halftime show lol I did like the Dunkin commercial too that was good.
The last super bowl halftime show i watched completely was Bruce Springsteen. Since then I watch 2 or 3 minutes and that's as much as I can stand.

@southern-psu-fan I would not have been happy with anyone they hired. I don't think you should fire a coach until their contract runs out and NEVER in the middle of a season. I will make up my mind about Matt Campbell in 10 or 20 years. I want to change our chant to We used to be... Penn State.

Then yeah fire him. Especially since he didn't seem to care about his contract when he asked for multiple extensions and there seemed to always be "rumors" floated that he was leaving whenever he wanted more money.
Also... a contract with Vanderbilt didn't seem to mean much to him when he left there, so I have no sympathy for him.

I'm sorry, I didn't read the article or listen to the podcast that said all of those things about Franklin. But of course if it's on the internet it has to be true. I didn't read anything about the players complaining about Franklin. It seems like a few of them followed the guy to VT. As far as rumors about him leaving, every time there is a decent job opening rumors about coaches leaving are all over the place.
